Providing false medical information is a serious offence and may endanger your health.
4.2 Prescription Approval All prescription medication orders are subject to review and approval by our licensed pharmacist in accordance with Nigerian pharmaceutical regulations. We reserve the right to decline any prescription order that does not meet the required standards or appears fraudulent, incomplete, or unsafe.
4.3 Not a Substitute for Medical Advice The information provided on our Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or treatment.
5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
5.1 Placing an Order By placing an order on our Platform you are making an offer to purchase the specified products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order without providing a reason. A binding contract between you and Sanlive Pharmacy is only formed when we send you a confirmed invoice.
5.2 Pricing All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. All offers are subject to availability.
